| Bio: | Just a bear, trying to find his place in the world. I'm a lawyer by training, though I haven't practiced in awhile. My friend Spencer and I are moving to Halifax, Nova Scotia for a year so he can take a job. I wanted to make this journal to chronicle our experience as well as to stay connected to the bears back home (Even that punk, Namblamuffin) and to have something to do while I look for work. A bit about me, I read law at Magdalen College at Oxford and did my barrister training at Lincoln's Inn. But I decided that London had too few bears so I moved to the west coast of Canada and took a job as general counsel at an apartment in Vancouver. It was rewarding work and I was later promoted to general manager of the apartment, though sometimes I wonder if that leaves me enough time for other bears. I haven't heard about the presence of bears in Nova Scotia. But it's only a year. | |||||||
